Introduction:

M.Sc Organic Chemistry was established in the year 2010 under the able guidance & support of the Management. Organic Chemistry is an evergreen subject whose study is vital in the Environmental Sciences, BioSciences, Pharmacy, Petroleum Science & Polymer Chemistry, etc.

Skilled Science Graduates are in demand by employers, so a good post-graduate degree in Organic Chemistry is a great launching pad to your career. At Y.N.College, we have been teaching Chemistry for over Six decades and we offer an M.Sc in Organic Chemistry to give in-depth knowledge in the chosen subject area which will help to develop the skills required to work in today’s Science Industry.

The Organic Chemistry course was inaugurated on 26th AUG 2010 and the laboratories of Organic Chemistry were inaugurated by Honourable Vice-Chancellor of Andhra University Prof.Beela Satyanarayana on 27th OCT 2010.

The Dept. of. Organic Chemistry, since its Establishment, affiliated with Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. but Now affiliated to Aadikavi Nannaya University, Rajamahendravaram from the Academic Year 2016-2017.

Organic Chemistry very Sophisticated equipment (worth 10lakh rupee), HPLC(High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), and UV-VISIBLE Spectrophotometer(worth 2lakh) are made available for the benefit of students research and progress.
